Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

•More than 7 days before: 100% refund minus €3 admin fee

•3-7 days before: 80% refund

•24-72 hours before: 50% refund

•Less than 24 hours: No refund (except force majeure)

Refunds are processed to the same payment method within 7-10 business days.

Each passenger can bring:

•1 carry-on bag (max 8 kg)

•1 checked bag (max 20 kg)

Extra or oversized luggage may require a surcharge. Contact the company for more information on special items like sports equipment.
