Welcome to IschiaTicket. Public online booking is not active yet; these terms apply to the live timetable and information services currently available.
1. Bookings and Tickets
Public booking is currently disabled. Timetable and availability information is provided to help users plan travel and verify options with the operator.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the policies of individual shipping companies. Generally, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a partial refund. No refund is provided for no-shows.
3. Liability
IschiaTicket is not liable for cancellations, delays, or schedule changes caused by shipping companies or force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions).
