Welcome to IschiaTicket. By using our website to book ferry tickets, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings and Tickets

IschiaTicket acts as an intermediary between the user and shipping companies. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the e-ticket via email. The ticket is valid only for the specified date and time.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the policies of individual shipping companies. Generally, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a partial refund. No refund is provided for no-shows.

3. Liability

IschiaTicket is not liable for cancellations, delays, or schedule changes caused by shipping companies or force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions).
